I’ve been using Sonos for years now. But the last year or so I have intermittently experienced the “Cannot play Radio Station” error or “Unable to browse music – there was a problem connecting to TuneIn.”
I found out that my DNS service Unblock-US was causing the problems. Disabling the DNS IPs in the router and rebooted the Sonos units solved the problem. FINALLY, I’m able to play all my radiostations again.
In my case the UnblockUS had stopped worked when Netflix change their policy on proxy-servers, and I just changed my DNS to “automatic” in my router. If you must use unblock-US then contact their support for further instructions.
